Check your phone app, do you have that number blocked or restricted?  Di you have do not disturb mode on?

Also check your call waiting settings, airplane mode setting and network signal strength when calls go straight to voicemail.

Issued solved. Thank you for your help.

I check on the # and noticed the option “Do out route to voicemail”. I clicked on it and now the incoming call rings.
