in Need of Changing My password because i forgot what i changed it to


i changed it because it said the password wasnt long enough and i for got the password that i changed it too what number do i need to call to change my password because i cant get into my account?

Hi Salina, just go to the Koodo self every login page and there is a place to click that says forgot password, click that and follow the instructions.

Greetings once again, Salina, my friend;

When you see a pop-up that says your password isn't strong enough, it is just the KOODOO customer care team being perhaps, if there is a such thing, overprotective concerning your personal privacy.  That being said, you know yourself best and if the password that you choose to use is the easiest for you to remember and as long as nobody else know it, I suggest you stick with that password.

You can try the forgot your password again and be sure to keen our password safe so you don't forget it. If it doesn't work again then you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out.
