im unsatisfied with my purchase...


I purchased the samsung galaxy s2 4 days ago, and am not satisfied with my purchase. The phone is running too slowly and im having problems with charging and application usage. Im also having problems with recieving calls, the person on the other linr cant hear me properly when I am talking on the phone. I want to exchange the phone, am I able to do so? What is koodo's exchange policy. Also, is the nexus 4 better than the gs2? Im not sure which of these I should switch for if I am able to switch.

Personally I think is a very good phone, is the one I use everyday... Just a couple of tricks like closing apps running in the background, putting a SD card on it and installing everything there instead of the internal memory, etc...

S2 is a quality phone, sounds like yours might be a lemon. There really shouldn't be any need to closing background apps and putting everything to SD (unless they are really large apps, like some games) for the phone to run smoothly. That's more like an Ace 2, not the S2. The Nexus 4 however is better than the S2, so you should opt for it instead.

Nexus 4 is a great device. I recommend it. It's pretty much the same price as the S2X also.
