Hi M, I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. Login to your prepaid self serve account. From the Overview page, select the Phone Services tab and click Suspend Service. This will prevent unauthorized use of your device. Unfortunately, there's nothing that I'm aware of that can be done to recover the money you've spent on top up vouchers.

I presume though that it's still recoverable in the sense that if it's suspended and not spent yet that with a new sim and such the top up vouchers will still be available once everything is settled?

If the funds have yet to be applied, then yes, the funds would be held as credit. It's not clear if this is the case though.

First, you should see links like 'Forgot your email/username?' and 'Forgot your password?' This should allow you find your email/username and create a new password to login to the self serve prepaid site. Second, by suspending service, the person will not be able to see what you're doing or know what's going on. Nothing gets transmitted to the phone, the phone simply stops working, (incoming/outgoing calls and data usage are halted).

It sounds like you know who stole your phone. Your next best option is to contact your local police departments' non-emergency phone number from a friends' phone and explain the situation.
