I was charged for data I didn't use. What do I do to get it reversed?


I have the data on my phone blocked so that I wouldn't get charged for any data. All I use is WiFi yet I was still charged for over 100 mb of data. I'm out of the country so I'm barely using my phone anyway. How do I get these charges reversed and make sure it doesn't happen again?

You can request a Data Block from Koodo, but this will disable picture messages to be received/sent.
I already have a data block which is the weird part. I've had it on there for months

That is weird. You will have to call koodo to find out You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337. Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
