I was charged $1.5 for call forwarding. I don't need this option. Can I just disable call forwarding. Don't do it again please, Koodo.


I'm on monthly paid plan.

Just don't forward any calls and you won't be charged for it.
I didn't do anytime on call forwarding. How can I stop it.
I have no need to forward from my koodo cellphone to my home phone. Actually I didn't do anything to set forwarding. I suppose Koodo set it as default when I had the phone plan.
Followed the instruction from Koodo communities on web. I typed #21# to disable call forwarding three days ago. Last night, I didn't pick to answer a call then it was forwarding to my home phone.

I did and showed "call forwarding disabled". I did it again last night. I'll see if it works.

Why did you do anything at all is what I'm not getting as call forwarding never comes into play with your usage unless you actually use it, I've been a customer for years and never been billed for it because I've never set up a call to be forwarded. What I'm saying is you must have forwarded a call which is why you were charged so not sure why your having issue with being charged for it or it coming into play when you would have had to set it up in the first place to have your calls forwarded.

There's gotta be a bug in the system somewhere. There's no way your cell knows to rings your home line unless it was set up to do so at one time. Probably the cancel code was never digested properly. Check out http://help.koodomobile.com/plans-add-ons-data-and-other-services/calling-features/how-do-i-use-call-forwarding Be sure that at ANY time you have not used one of the forwarding codes without cancelling afterwards. It will only take you one minute to enter all five of the possible cancel codes. Call forwarding toll is listed as a standard service on most monthly plans. You may be able to get Koodo to block it, in the same way that data or international roaming can be stopped.
