I've been evaluated from my home in Williams lake BC and my Koodo bill took the last bit of my money .... I hear other mobile company's arent charging ?

In response to the wildfires currently happening in British Columbia, Koodo will be crediting back overage charges for voice, text, and data for customers in the impacted areas (Canadian usage only) between July 7-21, inclusive. These charges will be credited back on their future invoice and impacted customers will be identified by billing address.
