I try to call and it said I am not activated on the network what is going on

Try turning your phone off, taking out your battery (if possible) and SIM card, putting them back in, and turning the phone back on.  If that doesn't work, try putting your phone in airplane/flight mode for about 30 seconds and then turning that mode back off.
