I tried registering but since i have a new email, i misspelled it... how can i completely start over?

I don't know what happen to my reply, but it's missing rest of the line... it was 
  - If it doesn't work  - if you keep receiving error message or you can't receive an email from Koodo to validate your email - then I would call customer service -
