I recently replaced my phone and upgraded to a Samsung J3. I added 300 MB Shock Free Data and it isn't working. What can I do?


I recently replaced my phone and upgraded to a Samsung J3. I added 300 MB Shock Free Data and it isn't working. What can I do? I need it urgently.

Have you restarted the phone since you changed the plan?
Removed and re-inserted the SIM?
Made sure to check Self Serve & see if there was a previous data block on your account that is still active though you've bout a data plan?

How did you add "300 MB Shock Free Data"?

They will offer you additional data when you hit your data limit.
Did your data get paused nd received text from Koodo to add more data? 
Don't worry. I found out I had a data block on my phone. not sure why.
