I received a text message that my mobile data limit has been exceeded but when I log into my account it shows 0/400 under usage?!?

Self serve on the desktop is the same as the app, so there should be zero difference in what thy show.

Did you get the text from Koodo?
I talked to tech support and they said my phone is tracking data usage that is under the umbrella of a WiFi connection so I'm using it but not as a chargeable item against my contract amount. Have to find the setting in my phone, I guess or not worry about notifications and just watch my self serve balance. Thanks

That's very strange. I have been watching netflix on my phone through wi-fi and never once received a notification.And you can imagine how much data that uses. 🙂
