I payed my bill yestersay over the phone but the app says I still owe money. What is happening?

How was the payment made over the phone? Talking to your bank or with Koodo?
I put my credit card info in on the app and I called Koodo to make sure it worked and the woman I was talking too said she could pay the bill for me right there.

What does your balance say on your self serve account on a computer?

Sometimes Self Serve can take up to 24 hours to update that sort of info. You can always Call Koodo to confirm the payment just to have your mind at ease.
On the full site it says "last payment made..."
And im new to koodo and thats my first and only bill so looks like im good!
