I pay for 1 GB of data. Koodo sends me alerts for my data usage of 1024 MB. I have lots of data left to use. I'm confused.

Koodo Data Alerts: I pay for 1 GB of data. Koodo still sends me alerts for my usage of 1024 MB of data (previous plan). I have lots of data left to use. I'm confused.

Thank you for commenting, David, really I appreciate it. This feedback doesn't help, though. Sorry.

Do you know your billing cycle Wendy? Sometimes I get alerts on my last day of my billing cycle and the next day my cycle renews and have all my data back.

Really, Dennis? 1024MB=1GB of data. Now I'm confused & disappointed.

I changed my plan on the Koodo Web site on May 10. Between May 3 to May 10, 2017, $10.67 was discounted from my bill to transition from a $40 1GB 500 min Plan SFD to a $55 1GB 500 min Plan SFD. Now I know that 1024MB is the equivalent of 1GB of data. I'm shaking my head.

Thank you all for contributing to this conversation. It was nice to share my confusion with the Koodo Community.

Maybe you're so confused by the data reset? Data isn't pro rated when you switch plans in a billing cycle. So you end up getting the usage counter reset to the amount of the data in the plan you switch to.
