@Mayalon08: Yes, you could. Koodo has multiple ways of contacts. However, they are a self-serve brand. Customers are encouraged to do everything in selfserve. When you could not or have issue, then the next step is contacting Koodo. If you can do something in selfserve but choose to ask the agent to do it, you might get charged.

By the way, Is there something you need help with?

More than likely the money went to Koodo 3 times as well. You can contact them to request the money back but It might take a while for Koodo to get done. The easier thing to do is just leave the money there and your bill is paid for 3 months.

@Aiman, only one payment would actually come through. If there was more, one would be in a credit position and that would show up online on you Koodo account. The other 2 attempts will be reversed by your credit card company.

Lots of posts on here where people have paid their bill 2 or 3 times(for whatever reason) and they want their money back.

From our end all of those turned out to be paying their bills just once. I don't have an insight as to why it would have happened with the OP.

The bank will reconcile this. Not sure what time frame they work with but if you don't it back on your account in the next 48hrs let us know here.
