I paid my bill 3 times by mistake


Hi! My first bill was last month. It was $48 I paid via the android program . maybe I pressed three times on the button 'make payment' so in my bank profile to shows that I payed $48 three times. But I can't see that in my koodo profile! Today I have received the bill for this month an nothing is deducted .. What should I do?

The only thing to do is to call customer service and explain it to them as they're the only ones who have access to your account.
