I paid; Koodo says I did, then tells me I'm expired


Why the mix up? I am on auto top up: I received a text telling me my top up was successful, but no message about my 10% bonus as usual. Now I am getting messages telling me my account is expired and I have gone five days without using it. What gives?
Oh, and why is it so time consuming to get an answer without having to pay extra?

Hey JM! Just to clarify, we will never charge you for help when there is an issue with your account.
