What I've never understood is this: if you're making a payment that is going to come straight out of your bank account anyway, why not just make it via online banking? I really don't see any particular advantage to using visa debit to pay bills.

So NO is not fixed and Online Banking have same effect in Koodo ! 5 days , that is not professional nor efficient , and on top of that, the "bug" about:
ops!... your payment didn't went through pls. try "pay" again !

I received today an email from a rep. from Koodo from my report account and its telling me that YES they already confirm that the payment its been done but, the site SELF SERVICE will not reflect the payment until the 29 of this month,
All its ok, but still my question is - Why does the site or Koodo the company is not fixing that "bug " saying...
OPs !! Something went wrong the payment didn't went through , try again please ! -
And then the customer ignorant about the bug and trusting in the Koodo Company , its "TRICK" to pay again !! can some one of Koodo representative can explain this situation ? or please report this BUG !!
I dont think its fair for the customers and is not Professional, or do I have to go above to make this happen?
The payment online "self Service" via credit card or Visa debit, should be process immediately and show the transaction done and update the site in that precise moment, that professionalism and efficiency.
