i'm a very loyal customer, and when i left for work 4mths ago ilost all connections can you please help


i have a huawei phone which is no longer activated how can i reactivate help

If you have 't paid your account in 4 months then more than likely your account has been sent to collections. Like Mathieu has said, you should call *611 as they are the only ones who can assist you with your issue

Hi Mary, it seems that you had a prepaid account. Since it's inactive for more than 90 days, you will have to activate a brand new account, which means buying a new prepaid SIM card and choosing a new phone number.
