I lost my phone, I have tried suspending my account through self serve, it won't work.


I lost my phone, I have tried suspending my account through self serve. When I click on the link to do so I am taken to apage that says I am not authorized to do this. How do I go forward from here? I do not access to any other phone to call customer service.

@ GT, it looks like you have successfully suspended your account already. That is why you get the error message.
