I keep getting a notification saying 'fail to register psvt service' what does that mean?


Almost every day I get this notification and have no idea what it means. I'm using a two year old Samsung S3 that I bought in Korea and am using a new Koodo SIM I bought when I moved back home to Korea two weeks ago. The phone seems to work fine and I can do everything I need to so I'm not super worried but would love to know what it means. Any help would be appreciated.

Look in your settings for HD voice or HD Video or similar and turn it off.
