I just purchased a $25.00 top up and its telling me I have no mobile network available when I try to make a local call?????

Hi Peggy, did you just add $25 too your account or did you actually select the add on? Try restarting the device. To get the add on you have to select it every time. Try checking your self serve account and see if it shows up as being added. If not re add it and you should be fine. If it is saying that it is there and doing a restart doesnt work I would call koodo and see whats going on. Also, make sure your network type isn't set to 2G (GSM) only (in network settings). You need to have 3G (HSPA/UMTS/WCDMA) enabled.
