Solved

I just bought a prepaid samsung galaxy discover, it dies as soon as I turn it off, is this normal?

So i went to walmart, grabbed a koodo prepaid cell, it was working fine until I turned it off to do my drivers test. Went to put it on, it was completely dead and it was at 75% before. This has happened twice, I'm taking it back tomorrow. Anyone else is have this issue?

Do you mean actually turning it off like holding the power button down till it turns off or do you mean putting it in sleep mode where the scree isn't on but the phone is actually still on by just taping the power button? If your actually holding the button down till it says turning off then it shouldn't be draining any battery and I'd take it back and exchange it. If you mean putting into in sleep mode then it depends how long it was like that to if the battery should be drained completely.
