I installed a new SIM into a new phone. I registered the new SIM in 'self serve'but the new phone does not work? Help please


Have installed a new SIM in a new phone and registered it successfully in the self serve area but the new phone does not work.

Can you reboot the phone Susan? If that doesn't solve it, can you tell us what exactly does not work?
