I haven't used up more than my talk time, yet my bills for the past 2 months are 10 dollars more than what it should be. I cant keep paying more for something i haven't used. Whom do I contact?

Did you check page 3 of your E-Bill?

@ Urvi, you have 2 lines with us. Your last invoice was about $61 before taxes. Each line is on a $30 plan with 100 min and 100mb data. Your last bill had no additional charges except $1 for an overseas call. The prior month was $4 for the an overseas from the same country. So all seems as it should be. Please follow Robert's advice above for details.
