I have payed my bill via RBC three days ago but when I log into my self service my bill is still unpaid!!!


I am a new customer of Koodo. I have payed my bill via RBC three days ago but when I log into my self service my bill is still unpaid!!! When I call the customer service and click number one to hear my debit balance my is unpaid as well. What should I do???

Log into the rbc banking portal and make sure the account numbers match. It could take up to 5 days but it's usually faster. If the account numbers match, keep checking your balance. If they don't, contact RBC

And Koodo's balance owing number also takes a few days to update after that
