I have not reached my maximum data but my date was turned off. I never received any e-mail telling me that my data was reached.


I have not reached my maximum data but my date was turned off. I never received any e-mail telling me that my data was reached. Would it please be possible to know what I can fo to turn it back on without any extra fees??

Hi Stella, log into your self serve account make sure notifications for data usage percentages in on to get notification by text. Also check to make sure your data usage isn't over there. Are you checking on your phones data counter or self serve data counter online?

Do you have a SFD plan?  They usually send you a text message when you reached your limit.
Can you log into self serve and check your usage ( to make sure if you reached to your limit)?

@ Stella, I see data use on both lines as of today and you haven't reached your allotted amount to be blocked. Maybe a restart of your phone would be helpful to see if it's a connection issue.
Hi I did check on line and it says that my data is blocked and that I would need to pay in order to turn it back on.

Good Afternoon my phone seems to be OK now as I have access to my data but my account still says that it is blocked. I sent the message on Facebook as well.
