i have no service now for 4 hours and counting i do not pay for something i do not have please adjust my bill for this tks brian

Hi Brian, try rebooting your device and see if that solves your issue.
no no service telus and all carriers are down

Also, you don't get your bill adjusted because of you have no service.  It could be their network, physical obstacles ...etc or  it could be your device. 
We should try Troubleshooting first.

Are there any warranties on my Koodo service?
Since wireless telecommunications are delivered by radio waves, they are subject to factors that cannot reasonably be controlled. For this reason, Koodo does not guarantee timely, secure, error-free or uninterrupted service or that you will always receive your messages or data. To the extent permitted by law, legal warranties and conditions (implied or statutory) do not apply to the service.

Even if they are willing to credit your account for the loss of service, which, as stated above, they are under no obligation to do, let's look at the math:
Let's assume you're paying $100 a month for just your phone plan.
$100 divided by 30 days is $3.33 a day.
$3.33 divided by 24 hours is roughly $0.14 an hour.
This means that the four hours you have been without service cost a grand total of about $0.56.
Would you like that in nickels or dimes?

Just noticed that you tagged this thread as prepaid. If that is indeed correct, you can cut that cost by about half, since the most expensive prepaid plan koodo offers is $55 a month.
