You will have to contact customer service to see if they can help u track it. Also do not suspend ur account in self serve before calling in or they won't be able to try and track it. Once u call and they try and find it, ask them to suspend ur service until u get it going or whoever had ur phone can rack up your bill

Call from Google hangouts or download skype or fongo some type of free internet calling app and call that way to have ur service suspended if u can't do it from self serve. Which u should be able to do. As Mayumi said below, you can track it from android device manager.

Log into Android Device Manager.

Koodo can't find/track your phone.

Android Device Manager (ADM) will only work if the phone is turned on and both data and location services are enabled. If the phone does not have these features enabled, ADM will only give the phones' last known location, when location services were last enabled.

Yes you can. Be sure to report your phone stolen and blacklisted if you suspect that is what happened.

If the SIM fit and the other phone is compatible with Koodo, then yes.
