I have called koodo multiple times, they won't answer!


My bill is way higher then expected. I haven't gone over on minutes, data or anything. I need to change this.

Go to self serve on a pc and log in. Go to pdf e bill and check page 3. That will give you a detailed breakdown of your overages.
Yes, it shows that I haven't gone over on anything! Either way they should answer, I was on hold for two hours and then it just ended. Tried calling again today and said they were closed (it's 9am on a Wednesday?)

Are you sure you are actually slowly and carefully reading your bills?  

Koodo below said you went over your mins in November.  People!!!  Please carefully read your detailed pdf ebills!

Hi Riah - you get 100 mins. a month with your plan, and you went over these in Nov. If you look at page 3 on-ward of your bill, you can review a detailed breakdown of the charges and the calls you were billed for.
