To start, what plan are you trying to switch to, and what message do you get when you do try?

Have you already made a change once in this billing cycle? If so, then the system wouldn't allow for additional changes.

What error are you getting?

One of the most typical errors is that your tab needs to be completely paid off before you can switch plans. If this isn't the case please share the error you are receiving so we can help out!
