Have you taken a look at your bill first? You can download your bill in PDF format which will list all the charges.
Yes, I looked at my bill, and have not used all my minutes for the billing period.

Could you create a new thread and further explain the problem you are having? If you could include a screenshot of your bill leaving out any personal information that would be helpful as well.
