i have a Samsung galaxy s4 and it did the system update today now my phone sais I have no sim card inserted when I do an help?

Yea none of that works since when I try to access mobile network settings it just said no Sim card inserted. I'll try going in to a koodo location today hopefully this can be fixed if not I'll probably switch to wind mobile since I've been thinking of doing it for a while now
