I have a Galaxy Note II. We had data blocked when we purchased the phone from Koodo. Changed to active data. Cannot access data


I have a Galaxy Note II. We had data blocked when we purchased the phone from Koodo. we had the plan changed to active 100 m data. Cannot access data from phone. Any suggestions?

Hey Donald, Make sure you turn Data on on the phone by going to settings then data usage and there you will see a place to enable data. Log into your self serve account and make sure you don't have the data block added to your account and if you do remove it. Still not working then change the APN settings in the settings menu to those of Koodo's.

Tap menu key, then tap Save. Make sure the radio button is selected to activate data. The frequencies are compatible so it should work
Enabled data on my self serve. All good now
