I had registered my prepaid sim card on oct 18, 2016. and there is no service on both phone and data plan. Please tell me what to do?


My phone is a HTC desire,  I registered prepaid base plan plus Talk add-on and Data add-on.

What model of phone is it exactly so we can make sure it's compatible with koodo frequencies?

HTC has made several dozen phones named the Desire, so more information will be needed to help you.  If you go to [b]Settings, and [b]About this Device there should be a listing of the phone name & model number.

So you successfully registered online? Your phone works on 3G (assuming original Desire phone). Nothing works, including talk, text and data? Do you show as connected to the network? Do your APN settings match up?
No it doesn't show connected to network. How to do my APN settings?

https://apn-canada.gishan.net/net_4_koodo_mobile_internet_and_mms_settings.php Ok go to network settings and select manual . Let the carrier list populate; it will take 1-2 minutes. Do you see Koodo anywhere? Are you certain that you have t original desire and the North American one at that?
