I got late payment charges but my last month bill was paid on time ???


who do I contact without spending money on a phone call? Can I go to a Koodo store ?

You call *611 from your Koodo phone. It's a free call and doesn't use your daytime minutes.

Ya like Ahmad said u have to call *611, store reps don't deal with phone bills and calling into customer support will only charge you if you are calling in for help for something that you can do yourself on selfserve like changing a plan.

I'd say you are going to be out of luck unless you can show them the date on your self serve account under transactions. If you paid your bill via a bank that takes 2-3 days to reach koodo.
