I got charged the phone protection warranty after specifically saying I did not want it. I have my original contract that said 'no add ons'. However, for the past two months they have been charging me this warranty. I went back to the original store and they told me they couldn't refund that I had to call. I call and they tell me they can't refund to go to the store. Okay, so is there basically no way to get a refund from this company when they make a mistake? I suspect sales people get bonuses for selling insurance and this person added the insurance against my wishes. Needless to say, I am no longer going to use Koodo as I don't support businesses that think it's okay to steal from customers.
