I got a new phone and my data isn't working


I purchased a new phone, not from Koodo, and put my old SIM card in it and my data isn't working.

Koodos apn is probably not connected you got setting, cellure and more network setting and you so find the apn for data

Hello, you most likely need to set up the APN settings for the non Koodo phone, follow these steps and let me know if it works

1. http://help.koodomobile.com/plans-add...
2. Choose Data.
3. Choose How do I set up my non Koodo phone
4. Choose Android

Then follow the directions on that page.

My phone shows [b]VPN on the [b]More... page is this the same thing?

No, VPN = Virtual Private Network. APN = Access Point Name.  Two totally different things.

Okay, then what do I do? I typed in APN on the search bar and nothing came up.
