Hi Patti,

Give Koodo a call using *611 and they will be able to get things sorted out for you so that you can access self-serve again!
How do you call Koodo if I can't even use my phone to call *611? My account was deactivated and I had to buy a new SIM Card and now that isn't working.

I bought my grandson a phone it is under my name . I took the phone back because he racked a bill up by phoning the us  I want to get on the phone but he has a pass code, I would like to block long distance phoning.

Not sure you can block calling to the US. You can prevent calling outside North America, by ensuring International Calling is not provisioned in Self-serve. You can also add an inexpensive unlimited US calling option to protect you from further surprises.

Let us know which phone it is, and we may be able to help you reset it. Else you will need to get him to tell you the pass code.
