I used to receive a reminder of the upcoming bill whenever it was ready through text, but since I changed my phone number through the site, I don't receive any anymore. I appreciated the reminder and I was wondering if they just completely stopped doing that, or if it's something I could have done in my account without me noticing, whichever the case, I would really like to have it back. Is it somewhere on the Koodo site that I have to change in some sort of setting, or maybe in my phone directly ? I searched through the site and self serve and I can't find the option to enable or disable it. Please help, I don't want to forget paying my bills!
