I currently have Samsung Galaxy S3(Koodo) anddue for upgrade now. I am looking at Samsung S4; Moto G or LG G3?

If I were you, I would take the LG G3, of course, it is just my personal opinion, but I think specs wise the phone is better...

It will be a good idea to pass by the store, compare the 3 phones, and come to a conclusion... Reading out from forums etc might get you confused... 

And also think about the trial period you will have, so if within 15 days you are not satisfied with the phone, you can still exchange it for another model...

If you are buying this 100% on tab, please note that the Moto G has a smaller monthly Tab charge

Thanks. I have noted that but I would rather add value to my usage. If they are all the same then cheaper is always better.

Definitely G3. Although the Moto G is a great budget device, the G3 is the best bang for your buck right now.

Koodo should be getting the Motorola Moto X Play very soon and if your looking for something with good specs and a battery that will last up to 2 days of mixed usage it's the phone to get for budget conscious buyers for sure.
It will also get updates way before the G3 and for longer as the G3 is already over 12 months into its 18 - 20 month update support window.

Yes, but something better's always around the corner. Whether or not OP can wait for it is another question.

Moto G 3rd. Gen or the Moto X Play would be two very good choices. The S4 has been around for a couple of years and it's a great phone, in fact a friend of mine picked one up a few weeks back. The HTC One M8 sells for the same price as the S4, so you may want to take a look at that phone as well.
