I changed my plan from $40 Unlimited call and messaging to $40 500Mb of Shock-Free Data but my mobile data doesn't work still disconnected

Check data is enabled on your phone. Then restart your phone. If it still doesn't work then pull out your sim card and put it back in. You don't have data block added on in your self-serve do you?

Log into self serve again and see if your plan is switched over to a new plan.
Also, check if you have "Data block" on your account as Goran asked.

If you do, you would need to call Koodo in order to remove it!
Some phones have to manually put in the server... Try this: Go to Settings Go to Data Settings In the top right corner, in the drop down menu, select "Mobile Networks" Select Access Point Names Add an Access Point Name: Koodo Address: sp.koodo.com Hope this helps! *Note, if you can't find the access point names menu then this solution is not for you.
