I changed from postpaid to prepaid and


So I switched from postpaid to prepaid before the month ended and received a negative total due in my mail (because I ended before the month finished).

I was wondering if I can transfer the negative total for anything? Such as a transfer to my prepaid account, or back to my credit card?

You can contact Koodo and ask they clear your account. They will send you a cheque for any amount outstanding.

Having it put on your credit card is out of the question. But as David said it should be able to be mailed via cheque if not applied to your account
Is there any way I can contact Koodo to send a cheque? I thought that if I talked to a customer service rep on the phone, I had to pay a charge... which makes my transfer useless.

You only need to pay for customer service if it's something you can't do in self-serve.
