i cant call or vice versa


i lost my iphone phone last week. i already reported it as lost and since i haven't finished paying my tab balance I decided to just get a sim card with the same number. i used my samsung s4 that came from koodo as well. this is my old phone before iswitch to iphone. my problem is if somebody will call me i can't hear their voice as same as they don't hear mine as well. i go to koodo selfserve but it says i am not registed? how come? coz i am pissed off that im planning to go to other outlet service which is good than koodo. I am a customer since july 2013

So the first time you have an issue you threaten to leave? How long was your other phone inactive? Are you sure you're using the correct email address? You need to contact koodo via Facebook messenger or Twitter direct message and have them fix your self serve account. The problem may be your old Samsung S4 may have malfunctioned while it was in storage. Did you reset your S4 before you started using it?

Hi Customer since July 2013,

When was the last time you logged in to self serve?
How did you "get a sim card with the same number"?
