I cannot activate a sim card

Hi, I just bought a new phone and sim card online as the phone (Samsung 8plus) is only available online. I have now received the phone and the sim. I already have an account with Koodo and I want to now use the new plan that I got and port a number over from Chatr. This would be a new line (2nd). Where do I go in the self serve options. I have checked the posts and the menu options and cannot find where I can register the sim.  The order does not show up on my account so I am unsure of how I can register the sim and get the plan to go with this phone. Does anybody know?

When you ordered the phone, did you set it up as a new line?
Yes. New line as I will be porting my number over to Koodo.
