I cannot access my account.


When I go on koodomobile and try to log in it says its impossible error qrcogq?! And when I try the mobile version, it looks like I'm logged in but I can't log out or anything! Please help.

Try clearing your browser's cache and logging in again. If you still have issues, please call customer service at 611 from your Koodo mobile, or:

Reproduced the issue now as well. Self Serve will not let me log in.

try clearing everything and restart browser maybe possibly even your computer. Also make sure you are trying to sign in, in the proper place. As prepaid and post paid are seperate sign ins 🙂. hope this helps.
