I can't remeber my password and I've tried re setting it but the email takes so long to get to me that it won't let me re set it

Hi Kieryn, have you tried constantly refreshing your email until it shows up? I had to reset my password last week and it took a couple minutes for the email to show up but after a few refreshes of my email it popped up and I was able to change it. If this doesn't work youll have to call in or send Koodo a private message to their Facebook page where they can verify you and help you out.
