I can't make phone calls and send messages since I changed my plan this month. Why?

Have you tried restarting your device ? Where did you buy your device
Yes, many times. I bought here in Canada three years ago and everything has always been ok even if I changed plans. 

When I make a call, I receive an automated message: 7um1, your phone is not activated on the network.

Hi Roya, I've seen this issue before where someone cannot send or recieve calls and messages. If factory data reset does not work. I would call in to Technical Support and have them look at your account, they may have to reconnect certain services. Hope this helps.

Erwin, hold on 😛 There's still some steps we can do before factory resets and tech support

That's right Mathieu, sorry I'm passing through important steps.

Just to add to my original post:

a. Check your settings if 4G/LTE is turned off. If you are using an iPhone, it would be under Carrier and set to Automatic. In an Android, it would be Network and it also should be set to Auto.

b. Try removing the SIM Card turn off phone, wait a minute, reinsert SIM Card, then turn it back on.

If this doesn't help I'd probably take it to a kiosk or call in. Unless there are other steps that I've missed.
Thanks everybody. I just called *611 and they said there has been a mistake from their part. Actually, they had suspended my access just like for those who leave the country and ask for that service.
Everything is ok now and I have access to everything!
