I can't get in to my account

I can't remember my password so i attempted to change it. When i am prompted to enter my e-mail and my username / e-mail for verification, it tells me It cant verify my e-mail.

Hi Kory-Don,

Make sure your email is typed properly. After that I would recommend you call Koodo and explain the error  you are getting and they should be able to help you reset your account.

Kory, I can see you were able to log in on Oct 1st. Have you been able to change your password?
