Solved

I am with Kodoo. I am considering purchasing a "Ulefone be touch 2".

The Ulephone be touch 2 supports:

2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G: WCDMA 850/900/1900/2100MHz
4G: FDD-LTE 800/1800/2100/2600MHz

Is this a good buy if I plan to use it with Kodoo? I live in Montreal, QC
Thanks a lot.

This device will allow you to use Koodo at 3G data speeds but you will not receive LTE signals as you're missing B4 in the 4G LTE range of frequencies.
