I am trying to reset my Samsung Galaxy s 5 to factory reset and it won't let me

Hey Judy, Can you tell us more about why it won't allow you to reset your S5?
It keeps saying I have the wrong password then it says I have to update Google play service and it won't update

Are you connected to a wifi connection or on your data?

Hey Judy, this is what I recommend doing, go to Settings -> Accounts -> Google -> Remove Account. Then, try again factory data resetting your S5.
